Who we are

Established in 1988, a unique and authentic Austrian pastry shop, with American specialties as well as Austrian and German specialty breads.

Stefano Ceccarelli, born in a gastronomy family, trained both in Vienna, Austria and in America, opened la Dolceroma as a tiny laboratory. Keeping its size small in order to be able to oversee every phase of the craftsmanship, refining the art of pastry-making without straying away from the original Austrian, American (and sometimes Italian) traditions.

He searches continuously for products that are not only high- quality and flavorful, but also healthy.
